Our stay there was really nice. We were offered plentiful breakfasts with the option for cooked meals and sausage and the poached eggs on avocado toast. Enjoyed staying at the great-sized and contemporary room with window overlooking grubby back alley.

Fine views from rooftop bar, in-room complimentary mini bar, unique design elements
Lack of clear signage for reception area can leave you wandering!!! Broken amenities need immediate attention to avoid guest frustration!!! Temperature control issues in rooms could ruin your comfort!!!

The location of Market Street Hotel is unbeatable. Just a quick walk from Waverley Train Station. Check-in included a glass of champagne, a lovely touch. The view from the rooftop bar is fine. The room was cozy, with a comfortable bed and a well-stocked mini-bar. I appreciated the little details like the hair straightener and umbrellas provided. The bathroom underfloor heating was set too hot and couldn't be adjusted, uncomfortable. The breakfast was decent but could use a bit more variety. This hotel has a great vibe but could improve on some amenities.
